The lot established for the realization of the new City Hall, the Public Library and spaces for the tertiary  is located on a natural slope of the terrain. Hence the project was developed organizing a system of public spaces and paths conceived to ensure accessibility to various areas of the new building, making it permeable to the urban context. The choice not to propose a single "big" building but allocate it three different areas in three facilities in close relationship with each other was due to the morphological characteristics  of the lot and with the aim to maintain a well poised relationship with the measurements of the city.  At the same time came to light a strong urban feature of the entire whole thing, intended to become a new portion of the urban pattern, before than an point of convergence.
