Tre i punti principali del progetto: benessere e comfort, aspetti bio-climatici e aspetti energetici. In tema di benessere e di comfort di fruizione degli spazi si è optato per uno schema distributivo chiaro e di facile lettura, ottenuto da una semplice aggregazione di funzioni, un adeguato dimensionamento degli ambienti e dall'uso di materiali naturali.
Per gli aspetti bio-climatici particolare attenzione è stata posta nell'individuazione di un orientamento favorevole e nella esatta disposizione delle ampie superfici vetrate. Inoltre sono stati valutati gli aspetti energetici individuando sistemi impiantistici particolarmente performanti e auto-sufficienti dal punto di vista energetico.
Three main points of the project: well-being and comfort, bio-climatic and energetic aspects. For what concernes the well-being and the comfort of the spaces we choose a distributive strategy based on a simple group of functions, suitable dimensions of the spaces and the use of natural materials. Great attention was spent for bio-climatic aspects, mainly in the identification of the right orientation and in the exact layout of the large windows.
Furthermore energy aspects were carefully evaluated identifying particularly performing and autonomous systems from the energetic point of view.
